The programme is aimed at all those who stay overnight at the Life Hotel*****S, companies that wish to conclude agreements for the accommodation of their employees with personalised contract.
- Those who wish to join the program as a GUEST can fill out the form available on this page after 11 March; the registration will then be effective and you can start enjoying the benefits as soon as you receive the email of successful registration.
- The Corporate program subscription must be made by the company that wishes to join the program by filling in the form available on this page after the 11 of March, then our staff will send you the contract to join as a company to the loyalty program. Once the agreement is signed, a confirmation email will be sent to those who have been reported in the form as responsible for the loyalty program for the company and after that the company’s employees can start to benefit from the benefits provided.
- Employees of the partner companies who wish to spend the nights necessary to become PRIVILEGE, once the company has signed the agreement, must register personally for the CORPORATE loyalty program at Life Hotel****S’ reception at first check-in
The duration of the GUEST Program is fixed in a calendar year, beginning on 1 January and ending on 31 December, and will be renewed annually automatically, subject to different free determination by Life Source S.r.l.
The Programme dedicated to COMPANIES has a specific duration that will be regulated by the agreement to be signed between the parties.
The membership of the loyalty program has no expiration date because, at the end of each calendar year takes place the tacit renewal; only in case of inactivity of the Member’s Account with no reservations and/or expenses for a continuous period of 24 months will the automatic cancellation of the program.
The member can still request at any time to unsubscribe from the loyalty program by sending an email to info@lifesource.it
Only the preferential rates for Standard rooms reserved for the CORPORATE segment are not available in the following periods: from 8 to 13 April and from 5 to 8 September 2025.
All SMART and PRIVILEGE GUEST benefits are always provided subject to availability.
The Life Source pole is located on one of the main roads of Bergamo – in the so-called “Lower Town” – next to the Pope John XIII Hospital and the train station. The pole is only 2km from the hundred city and 6 km from Milan Bergamo Airport (Orio al Serio). The strategic location, right next to the bike path, will allow you to move freely on foot, by bike, using public transport or with our private transfer service, bookable at the reception.
